This is one of my all time favorites. Absolutely beautiful. I’d buy a big print and hang it on my wall.

Beautiful shot. Nice to such a dark cloudy atmosphere and still some part being lit by the sunshine. Nice green tones.

Lovely shot over a beautiful landscape! I don’t know if you know what my favourite colour is but it is yellow! It makes me happy! And in this shot you can really see how the colour yellow just lights up everything and makes the landscape amazing! :O))

This is amazing. I imagine that it’s like that because the sun is shining through a hole in the clouds? Or is this in a valley, with the sun shining through the mountains at the end of the day? I’m guessing the latter, because it looks like it’s late in the day judging from the long shadows. I’d be interested to know… did you have to wait long for this?

Evening and I only needed to wait for about 10 minutes, I could see the patch of light moving across the landscape in the right direction – George

    George,

There is a reason you have so many comments on this photo. An amazing subject and an amazing job by the man behind the camera capturing it. Storm clouds passing with the sun fighting to break through during the late afternoon. It indeed is inspiring and one of my favorites!
