I like this shot, with your shadow on the wall, and nice view over the city.

Nice tag line. Well done with the photograph to depict the meaning as well.

This is taken in Ireland, is it. Very nice warm light.

Was there someone else for the shadows as well.

Really nice light and toning. Your shadow adds a bit of “off frame” focus which makes this photo more interesting. Great job.

A brillant photo with warm tones and great light. incredible depht too.
Isn’t it is south of France ?

  12. George Munday says:

@Boris….Definitely the South of France. A little circulade town called Gruissan, which I’m sure you know, and one of my favourite areas on that part of the Languedoc coast.

@Girish and @ Sherri….Guilty as charged – it was my shadow on the far left – nearest I’ll get to a self portrait I guess.

  13. Fernando Rodríguez says:

That shadow is the more important piece of this shot. The exposure, again, superb.

  14. Frank says:

I like the shadow of you too. It makes me smile. Wonderful self portrait. ;)

  15. Chris says:

Great shot George, much different than the typical “photographer’s shadow” photo.

I really like this one. Seemingly an ordinary scene, until you see the shadow in the left corner. This is what makes photography such a great medium.
    Keep up the good work
