George
before starting Copper Coast Workshops, he was co-director, photographer and picture-editor at the stock photo agency, Slidefile. His photography has been used in countless books and magazines; additional details of George's photographic experience can be read on his website at George Munday Photographic.


Cherill
has considerable cooking experience from running her own catering company. It has given her the skills to produce imaginative and tasty cuisine for our guests. During the rest of the year, she works on the Adult Literacy Programme in Co Waterford. and teaches English to foreign students and asylum seekers.


Keith Fitzgerald
helps out on an occasional basis. An artist in both digital photography and oil paints, he specialises in unique black and white wedding and portrait photography. He also has a passion for landscape photography and uses his outstanding knowledge of Photoshop to help novice and advanced photographers, to enhance their work- often to an unexpected degree.
